Mac OS Catalina installer for Toshiba L50-A-1D5

• Added DSDT fixes and many stable improvements tested on the running system's EFI/Clover
• A successful clean install has been performed using this release
• Full support for Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4 (19E287) internet install method without the need of downgrading Clover to workaround previous Ethernet issues
• Restore from Time Machine backup as the last step of the clean installation works as expected

Working installer for Toshiba L50-A-1D5 laptop

The Mac OS Catalina installer is in a working state and supports wired Ethernet installation.
Post-installation boot however will fail, being prevented by Intel 4600 GFX issues (to be corrected in a future release).
