Add Legal Intelligence Layer diagram and update documentation
Added a new image 'LN-Cube.png' to the docs/images directory. This image illustrates the structure of the Legal Intelligence Layer, including the Legalese Node, Compliance Layer, and Legal Data Intelligence components.
