This is to use secondary CIDR for EKS expansion. This will allow to run pods in a different CIDR that won't overlap with corporate network. Creation of VPC and adding secondary CIDR on AWS is a prerequisite to using this feature.
This script will do the following
Find node groups associated with the cluster
label nodes with the new secondary subnets that are passed as parameters
terminate and recreate the instance in newly defined subnets
