DOC-4676 Restructure API reference pages

• Break up the monolithic API examples page, there are now 3 pages: Astra Streaming DevOps API, Astra Streaming Pulsar Admin API, and OSS Pulsar REST APIs
• Flesh out the intros to the different APIs, including prerequisites and environment variables
• Standardize source block formatting throughout all topics
• Standardize the spelling of georeplication
• Replace the streaming-learning block on the index page with APIs and integrations.
• Edit topic titles/nav titles for clarity
• Restructure the usage examples on the tokens topic

Previews

• Use the Astra Streaming DevOps API
• Use the Astra Streaming Pulsar Admin API
• Use the OSS Pulsar REST APIs
• Astra Streaming tokens (primarily the Environment variables and When to use the tokens sections)

Caveat

I didn't test the endpoints or closely inspect the spec for every endpoint. There could be things that are incorrect. My main goal was to break up the long examples page.
