DOC-5241 Cassandra Native Protocol v5 support

Prepare documentation updates for v5 support in the upcoming ZDM Proxy release.

Don't merge until the next ZDM Proxy release goes out.

Some comments.

This new release also has support for transport level compression, I don't remember if we have docs talking about this but we might because sometimes users already have this configured and we have to tell them to disable it before the migration otherwise it won't work but now that's no longer needed with this release.
