This PR cleans up partials, examples, and images in the Streaming Learning docs.
It eliminates single use items, removes unused items, and eliminates use of tags.
CSV "tables" have been converted to actual Asciidoc tables in some cases.
Replace imports from the examples repo with actual code to eliminate the dependency on that repo for the migration.

Some editorial and syntax changes were also made as noticed. But this was not a thorough rewrite or audit of those items.
