This release documents the state of the software on 2023-07-12 and includes revised files for the manuscript. In addition to the reviewer's comment, we replaced the air CO2 dataset presented in Figure 6 because we identified a leak in the air sampling system and considered the previously presented data potentially biased and not representative.
