To accommodate a growing number of players from international countries such as China, Spycodes now supports native localization for simplified and traditional Chinese! More localizations will be added in future updates.

This update contains a new feature that will change the way you play Spycodes!

• The game word pool is now completely customizable! The host can select the categories that the game will contain words from. Open the pregame room menu and swipe to the second page to view and toggle categories. More default categories and words will be added in future updates.
• Additionally, the host can also create custom categories. You could add as many words as you like to the category to be randomly shuffled into the game's word pool. Custom categories can be edited anytime.
• Added persistence option so that your category selections will remain the same the next time you are the game host.

Other changes:

• The duration for the timer can now be set to 1-10 minutes.
• Non-leader players can optionally view the answer key after the game is over.
• Random shuffling option is available for team leader selection.

Note that this version of Spycodes is not backwards compatible with previous versions.

• More detailed information is available for applicable timeline events.
• Timeline events are now color-coded based on teams.

• You can now revisit the game after it is over to see how the entire game played out.

This update brings a ton of delightful improvements to the Spycodes experience.

• See all game activities happening in real time with the new timeline view.
• Completely revamped the pregame room experience.
• Added a new timer option for those who want a more challenging game.
• Added a new modal view for the pregame room to consolidate game information and settings into one place. Swipe up in the pregame room to access it.
• Improved vibration feature to reliably indicate when the leader has confirmed the clue info, and when a new round has started for all game modes.
• The opponent card count is now visible on the top bar, allowing you to track your opponent team's progress.
• Added a new accessibility mode for card color differentiation.
• Changed the underlying infrastructure to significantly improve in-game responsiveness.
