Update package dependencies in composer.lock

The composer.lock file has been updated to reference the latest versions of various packages such as brick/math, laravel/framework, monolog/monolog, spatie/laravel-permission, and many others. The update improves application compatibility with PHP 8.1 and newer versions of PHPUnit amongst other changes.
