Rewrite the Chrome extension

• Switch to Manifest 3
• Narrow down the permissions for the extension - instead of asking for access on all sites, only allow access on localhost and "activeTab" (enabled on a site when extension's icon is clicked)
• Move settings to the main panel view (it's hard to find the settings for the extension as envisioned by Chrome)
• Add "click on copy" option for file path links since editor integration is not seamless (always asks to confirm)
• Use VueJS instead of Angular v1.0.3 (!)
• Use primevue as the component library
• Give it bit more modern look
