Bug fix. 1.) set trim variable 2. change spacing
Data copied from ENA to SRA has ERR instead of SRR, and this allows these accessions to be used as well.
Allow DRR accessions; add a comment line for sra-tools ncbi requirement
Docker update for pairtools 1.0*
balance=false in the config file resulted in error because `cooler zoomify` does not have an option `--no-balance`. This is now fixed.
