This Chrome extension allows you to block ads on YouTube videos, providing a seamless ad-free experience. Follow these instructions to install the extension on your Chrome browser.
First, clone this GitHub repository to your local machine using the following command:
git clone https://github.com/dev6699/youtube-ads-blocker.git
- Open Google Chrome browser.
- Viist
chrome://extensions
or click on the three dots in the upper-right corner, select Extensions > Manage Extensions from the dropdown menu.
In the Extensions page, enable Developer mode in the top-right corner.
Click on the Load unpacked
button that appears after enabling Developer mode.
Navigate to the directory where you cloned the repository and select the extension folder.
The YouTube Ads Blocker extension will be added to your Chrome browser. You should see its icon in the upper-right corner, next to the address bar.
Once installed, the extension will automatically block ads on YouTube videos. Enjoy an ad-free YouTube experience!
