Hi, I’m Koustav Das

Engineer | Aspiring Analyst | Problem Solver

I’m a final-year Mechanical Engineering student from Jadavpur University, with a strong passion for solving real-world problems through data analysis, web development, smart systems, and strategic thinking.

Currently, I’m working on a 3-year supply chain performance study of an online retail dataset to identify bottlenecks in delivery delays, fraud risks, and profitability. I’ve also built forecasting models for revenue and delivery risk, analyzing 20+ KPIs.

I interned at Favcy Venture Builders, where I engaged with startup performance metrics, product curation, and strategic analysis.
Along the way, I've explored multiple self-driven projects — from predictive maintenance systems for lathe machines and virtual heat & power labs to object detection pipelines and PropTech market analysis.
