after trying to figuring out the problem for several hours, i simply checked with leftwm-check and saw the deprecation of commands.pipe
as @mautamu suggests one of them, there is a easier solution with just changing it to command-0.pipe

considering the 5 months of open pr, this repo is probably dead but i hope the owner back online again...
