…form with earlier code changes annotate-seqs.py and namedb.py were modified earlier to work with CMD line args instead of constant values. Tutorial has corresponding step updated to match with abovementioned code changes. Code issue ref: ctb/eel-pond#4

Changes no longer valid, code has been modified to accommodate custom namedbs and seq files in a different way. |
