DIGG-446: Fixing special filter checkboxes and adding access fee to organisation search

Pull Request Description

Updating handling of special filter check boxes to avoid having to write special code for each filter.
This works for special check box filters that should filter on certain properties and checkbox filter that are meant to change the search rdf type.

Also adding new check filter on organisation search.
