Fix gopaddle lite app

gopaddle stopped working after helm was upgraded

Changes

Removed creationTimestamp, resourceVersion and uid from clusterrole.yaml and clusterrolebinding.yaml because kubeapply returns Operation cannot be fulfilled on clusterrolebindings.rbac.authorization.k8s.io "gopaddle": the object has been modified; please apply your changes to the latest version and try again because of them
