Need to ask Senapi for permission to use their log
Changes to GS aftercasts in turn change the distribution (very slightly)
Was missing 10% condi duration, leading to observed discrepancy in build of cdruid
This reverts commit faedea8.

@marcustyphoon Can you ask Senapi for permission to use their log to set Condi Alac Specter's coefficients? I couldn't find them on Discord but saw you've talked to them in the past
