Hi,
as described in ISSUE-23 I added missing migrations and checks for missing migrations in workflow.
Behaviour can get checked here: https://github.com/rwielk/django-tasks-scheduler/actions/ (for some reason one stage trys to create badge on good state, did not check, behaviour should get clear, works on upstream)
Please let me know if I shall change something in this MR, I could not find any contributing.md so I am unsure if I just missed some conventions or so.
