Security Policy

Supported Versions

The following versions of TDOC are currently supported with security updates:

Latest ✅ Yes
Older releases ❌ No

Only the latest stable release receives security patches and updates.


Reporting a Vulnerability

We take security vulnerabilities seriously.

If you discover a security issue in TDOC, please do NOT open a public issue.

Instead, report it responsibly using one of the following methods:

Please include as much information as possible:

  • Description of the vulnerability
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Potential impact
  • Affected TDOC version
  • Any proof-of-concept (if available)

Response Timeline

We aim to follow this response process:

  • Acknowledgement: within 48 hours
  • Initial assessment: within 5 days
  • Fix or mitigation: as soon as reasonably possible
  • Public disclosure: after a fix has been released

Timelines may vary depending on severity and complexity.


Security Updates

Security fixes will be released as part of a new TDOC version.

Users are strongly encouraged to keep TDOC up to date using:

``bash tdoc update


Responsible Disclosure

We kindly ask security researchers to practice responsible disclosure and give us reasonable time to investigate and address reported issues before making any public announcements.
