This PR switches the runbook repo to markdown-only publishing and removes generated binary artifacts.
Included changes:
.github/workflows/generate-docs.ymlconversion pipeline with markdown metadata refresh only.ROADMAP.md/roadmap.mdchanges from triggering that workflow.*.pdf,*.docx,*.epubrelease attachments from.github/workflows/release.yml.README.mdto declare Markdown as the canonical source..github/pandoc/*.Supersedes PR #7 (conflicting branch lineage).
