Compatibility with 9.x was fixed

Prototype based on Atmosphere framework

• Only one page with the latest builds.
• Works with bundled Tomcat 7 properly, works with not optimal performance in Tomcat 6 after one exception in logs, wasn't tested in other Servlet containers.
• Fallback to Long Polling in IE 8,9 - works not very good, some build status updates are filtered out.
• Wasn't tested for performance.
• Doesn't handle disconnects gracefully.
