A Collection of Data Analysis Programs for Fitbit Data

The enclosed programs parse biometric and survey data for analyses for the ongoing collaborative trial with Litmus Health at the University of Chicago.

Parser V1

Parser v1 contains programs for the first iteration of the trial. Programs in this parser include plotting and basic analyses. This has since been deprecated.

Parser V2

Parser V2 contains a command line utility that parses and analyzes a JSON file to determine participant compliance.
