fix: recover gesture after display toggle regression (#885)

Summary

• recover the carousel pan gesture after a hidden layout becomes visible again
• add a dedicated [Bug] Carousel gestures permanently stop working after parent view toggles display: 'none' #885 regression test that exercises the display none -> flex layout cycle
• tighten the Maestro regression flow for the same scenario
