Sponge Mock

Because sometimes, it really do be like that.

Currently a Slack slash command (e.g. /mock [phrase]), but it can be improved to be much more powerful (or toxic lol)

TODO:

Listen for messages from a certain user (or users) and auto-respond (might require a rewrite to an actual bot rather than a slash command bot..)
