v0.1.0-alpha

As the first public release here's a bit about what Glim can do so far:

• Can authenticate users for Rancher, Gitea, Gitlab CE, Portainer CE, Kanboard and Harbor.
• Stores users in SQLite.
• Released only for Linux 64bits.
