How to get a hold of .NET Engineering Services

Questions, issues, announcements, and discussions

Anyone working with the Engineering Services shared infrastructure is encouraged to join the .NET Core Engineering Partners alias . This grants access to engineering resources and is the primary alias by which Engineering Services communicates en masse with its users about system issues.

The .NET Core Eng Services Partners Team is a preferred resource for general communications amongst all involved teams on the shared infrastructure.

General questions and issues

Coverage is provided by teams in Redmond and Prague and response time is expected to be within a few business hours.

Urgent issues

The Engineering Servicing teams strives to answer all requests, urgent or not, promptly on all channels. If you wish to highlight an urgent issue, please additionally communicate over these channels.

The escalation path is directly with managers.

File an issue in the arcade GitHub repository and tag any individuals who might be interested. Issues are triaged every week.
