initial sms blog posts are capped at 2500 characters, however posts can be updated with "blog -update={postid} additions" to make longer posts
if you are looking to setup this blog yourself all you need is a twilio account, a domain name, and a server: feel free to reach out with questions on the setup process as documentation is not currently available
