@dxg thank you for all your work, I can't seem to find time now. I think I have to remove the CircleCI from orm, it doesn't seem to work properly as TravisCI. |

I removed all CI hooks and just left Travis. Forced a rebuild on this PR. |

As usual, this depends on a new version of sql-query so tests will fail until it's released.
