Cleanup

Mostly a cleanup release. Removed unnecessary things. Cleaned up xaml.

V1.2 Presets and Custom Presets

TASK 1: Added ability to choose from some of the HandBrake presets as well as scan for your own custom presets (.json files) that can be used to encode files.

Bug 1 Fix

Fixed a bug where when encoding finished, the page wouldn't properly reset/go through the finish code. Disabling optimization fixed this.

V1.1 Adding and Implementing XML Config

Now an XML file is created in ProgramData to hold configuration settings.

Libraries are no longer 3 static buttons. They can be added and deleted. Now they are attached to the config file.
