👷 Add mirror workflow for Tangled

Adds automatic repository mirroring to tangled.org based on the npmx-dev/npmx.dev implementation.

Changes

• New workflow .github/workflows/mirror.yml that:
  • Triggers on pushes to main and tag creation
  • Mirrors to git@tangled.org:dubzzz.tngl.sh/fast-check using SSH
  • Force pushes branches and tags to maintain sync

Requirements

Requires TANGLED_SSH_KEY secret configured in repository settings.
