Hey, PenguBot is almost about to reach 20k guilds (19,750+ at the time of this PR) and has a lot of music functionality (looping, queuing, playlist support, mp3 support, and the list goes on).
We're trying to work on our uptime as it was pretty bad at the beginning of June due to our new version release but it seems to be slowly getting back to its original state now so I hope you'll accept my PR.
