v1.0.0 — Initial Release
Guitar Vocoder v1.0 — a vocoder plugin for Logic Pro, Pro Tools, REAPER, and other AU/VST3 hosts.
Can be used live or to vocode pre recorded audio. The plugin applies your voice's spectral shape to the guitar, making the guitar "speak." (Note: this will work with midi keyboards and other signals, but it's meant to play really well with bass and guitar.)
Highlights:
- 10 user-facing controls with two macro knobs (Response + Clarity)
- 16-band vocoder (configurable 8/16/24/32)
- Guitar enrichment: Tone, Octave, Spread, Drive, Crush, Unison
- Auto-calibrating voice gate, consonant detection, de-esser
- Real-time diagnostics and 15 factory presets
Install (pre-built):
- Logic Pro (AU): Download GuitarVocoder-AU.zip, unzip, move to
~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/ - Pro Tools (AAX): Download GuitarVocoder-AAX.zip, unzip, move to
/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/ - REAPER / Cubase / Studio One (VST3): Download GuitarVocoder-VST3.zip, unzip, move to

Build from source:
See README.md — requires macOS, CMake, and JUCE. AAX builds also require the AAX SDK from developer.avid.com.
