Advance MVP Template with Dagger 2, RxAndroid, Retrofit, Realm, Room, LiveData and Unit Testing

For now, I will contribute for MVVM template project which uses new Google Architecture Components, takes advantage of the power of ViewModel and DataBinding (still use Realm, Dagger 2, Retrofit and RxJava).
