SPARK Fluorescence Anisotropy

This is a script to pre-process a SPARK fluorescence anisotropy data file (Excel file).

This script only works with a specific format of Excel files generated by Tecan SPARK multimode microplate reader. For the specification of the data format, please see SPARK_FA_Data_Example.xlsx.
