My name is Diana Lin, and I’m a research programmer and data scientist at the Genome Sciences Centre at BC Cancer in the Dr. Aly Karsan Lab. Currently, I am developing bioinformatics pipelines for next-generation sequencing data.
I recently graduateed from the Bioinformatics Graduate program at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, BC. In October 2021, I finished my Master of Science in Bioinformatics. In 2018, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Physiology at McGill University. In between, I held an 8-month internship at the Bioinformatics Technology Lab.
