[SM] VPhysics Mayhem Bug Fix

Fixes a bug where physics break permanently, causing objects to bounce around or phase through the world.

Installation

Install SourceMod 1.12 or higher.
Extract the release zip into the addons/sourcemod directory.
Refresh your plugins list (sm plugins refresh in console)
