updates to include:

  • replacing the onboarding survey
  • updates to the "deployment name" and/or "partner name" in the config
  • investigate the "who has access" text

Survey updated and confirmed to be working in the emulator! (tested off a copy of this branch)
We aren't going to change the config for title editing at all
Who has access text fixed by: #1133
