Changes to the mod overall:

• Enable UMM update checking (hopefully)

Changes to the tracer:

• Write each new session to a new file (can be disabled in settings) (relates to Add support for tracing and analysis across multiple sessions #3)
• Stop writing dummy data to a report after the last loco has been reported on (relates to Too many columns of object headings #4)
• Fix modded (i.e. CCL) loco names in csv output (resolves Fix modded loco id names in csv output #8)
• Auto-change speed recording to MPH if the MPH mod is enabled (resolves Auto Change to MPH When MPH Mod is Installed #9)
• Target .net framework 4.8

Changes to the animator

• Add adjustable frame rate to path animator tool (resolves Add adjustable frame rate to animator #6)
• Allow background images to be loaded before a .csv
