Talk about loading pyRTE and building locally (on Mac ARM). What do I need to do that a commit in the pyRTE repo is consistent with Fortran/Data repos?

TBD: compare the number of functions between Python and Fortran (headers) to raise an issue in case of a mismatch

- Added script to compare C function declarations with Pybind11 bindings
