Currently, the UI blocks submissions with unsupported file extensions, but the CLI does not. We do show feedback to the user, however the Philab API logs it as an error (stacktrace). Possible improvement: handle this as a controlled/expected error (e.g., return a clean 400/422 without a traceback). CLI: API logs:
