What this PR changes/adds
This PR clarifies the json processing rules for participants by narrowing the definition of the DCAT and ODRL profiles. On the side, it also fixes a couple of bugs reported as linked below.
Why it does that
consistency, clarification of dependencies.
Further notes
I tried to make clear that the schemas are the single authority for message formats that are extensible only outside this protocol and according to certain rules.
