Im wondering why in CIT there is an error when building cpp which was not observed directly in kvs? The errors are comming from baselibs and should be observed in both builds... cache issues?

I guess the parts with rust coverage should be deleted, as we have dedicated ferrocene workflow for that in .github/workflows/rust_coverage.yml
