Removed all previous releases and removed youtube-dl.exe from current release due to the original youtube-dl repository getting a DMCA takedown. You will need to add a 'youtube-dl.exe' binary release file to the directory yourselves.
'ffmpeg.exe' can be removed from the release folder if you already have FFMPEG installed on your system. If FFMPEG is not installed on your system the 'ffmpeg.exe' file is still not strictly required, but without it you wont be able to merge files (for example video and audio), which is required for YouTube qualities higher than 720p.
