Summary

  • clarify the workflow input requirements, highlighting the spoiled-GRE assumption, inversion-recovery vs. VFA T1 options, and how optional diffusion data slots into the pipeline
  • describe the dual-mode T1/M0 fitting logic and ability to bypass it when external maps are provided
  • document the broader diffusion deliverables (FA/MD/AD/RD/MO, histograms, parcel tables, tractography previews)
