Spoti15 Version 2.0.0

This has been updated from the previous version of Spoti15, which was out of date and didn't work.

This is a complete overhaul of the code, and features the following:

• Follow button (press button 0 to follow the current song)
• Clock
• Visible repeat/shuffle status
• Visible number of followers for each song
• Active playlist/album
• Detailed playlist/album view (press button 1)
• Seek feature (press button 2 -- only for Spotify Premium users)
• Handles advertisements properly
• Play/Pause/Skip/Previous buttons (press button 4 for menu. This menu also shows the next track that will be played)
• Properly displays fonts
