• hud0 or [F5] now disables hud completely
  To hide bomb has been planted alert you must disable hud by typing hud0 or pressing [F5] before bomb has been planted

• Cleaned custom streams flags by default, so it less confusing
  
  Added new flag <viewmodel0/viewmodel1> -> toggle viewmodel (def: enabled)
  

• Added some new commands to misc

• Deleted some commands from _items.cfg as they were causing infinity knife drop glitch
• [Backspace] now does bot_kick instead of bot_quota 0 (i still don't recommend using any bot commands, they're crashing the game very often)
