Updated the documentation and kibana constraint to accompany changes in Kibana to the custom UI to support the user specification of namespace.

Author's note
The kibana change will go into 9.4.0, so I updated the min constraint here. The change itself is backward compatible, but I wanted the docs to align correctly. Let me know if anything should be changed here.
