This formerly lived in the elastic/apm-server repo. In the future the apm-server code and integration package will not be so tightly coupled, so the benefits of relying on the standard package development workflows and CI should now outweigh colocating the code and package.

This formerly lived in the elastic/apm-server repo, we're just moving the latest package here.
In the future the apm-server code and integration package will not be so tightly coupled, so the benefits of relying on the standard package development workflows and CI should now outweigh colocating the code and package.
