Se ha eliminado el indicador para el test antiguo tests.yml del ci de github
Se actualiza el diccionario en duro de system_detector al manejo de archivos yaml para mejor mantenimiento
Se han creado archivos yaml con información de los paquetes por sistema operativo
Se han agregado los test para core.package_config_loader.py y utils.logger.py
